Boeuf bourguignon tex mex cookeo

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes

800 g de viande à Bourguignon

4 oignons sauciers

1 petite boite de haricots rouges

1 petite boite de tomates pelées

1 à 2 cuillères à soupe de maïzena

150 ml de vin rouge

50 ml d’eau

1 cube de bouillon de bœuf

1 petite boite de mais

2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive

1 cuillères à soupe d’épices à Chili

Sel

Poivre

Préparation

Egouttez le maïs, les haricots rouges.

Coupez les oignons sauciers en 2.

Préparez un bouillon avec 150 ml de vin rouge ,50 ml d’eau et un cube de bouillon de bœuf émietté.

Mode dorer

Versez l’huile d’olive dans la cuve, quand l’huile est chaude faites revenir les oignons sauciers coupés en 2 pendant 1 à 2 mn.

Ajoutez ensuite la viande coupée en morceaux et faites dorer 2 mn

Ajoutez la boite de tomates pelées et les haricots rouges.

Saupoudrez avec les épices à Chili.

Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance.

Versez le bouillon vin rouge, eau, cube de bœuf émietté.

Cuisson rapide ou sous pression

Programmez 35 mn

Quand la cuisson est terminée ajoutez le maïs, le concentré de tomates et mélangez.

Repassez en mode dorer

Ajoutez la cuillère à soupe de maïzena, mélangez au fur et à mesure jusqu’à l’épaississement de la sauce. Pour une sauce plus épaisse ajoutez une nouvelle cuillère à soupe de maïzena.

Servez chaud avec du riz par exemple.
