Crème chocolat une recette cookeo . C’est bon ça !!!!

Bonne nouvelle amis gourmands, on peut faire des crèmes  chocolat au cookeo . C’est pas génial ça ?

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes

120 g  de chocolat noir

25 g de sucre

4 jaunes d’œufs

4 cuillères de crème fraîche

200 ml  de lait

200 ml d’eau

Film alimentaire

Préparation de ces crèmes chocolat

Faites fondre dans une casserole le chocolat.Ajoutez un fond d’eau dans la casserole.

Pendant la cuisson du chocolat séparez les blancs des jaunes d œuf et placez les dans un saladier.

Quand le chocolat  est chaud ,mélangez le chocolat et les jaunes d’oeufs.

Incorporez le sucre et mélangez. Ajouter également la crème fraîche puis  ajoutez le lait.

Remplissez les mannequins avec la  préparation

Filmez les ramequins puis placez les ramequins dans le panier vapeur .Versez  200 millilitres d’eau dans la cuve puis placez le panier vapeur dans la cuve allumer votre cookeo.

Programmez 10 minutes de cuisson rapide

Ouvrez le cookeo et faites refroidir les pots de crème à l’air libre puis placez les pots de crème au frigo.
