Gratin fusillis poulet cookeo weight watchers

200 CALORIES 4 PP 5 SP

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes

240 g de fusillis ou tortis

1 cuillère à soupe de moutarde

2 cuillères à soupe de crème fraiche

Sel et poivre

250 g d’escalope de poulet ou d’aiguillettes

50 g de chapelure

50 g de gruyère râpé

400 ml d’eau et un cube de bouillon de bœuf émietté

Préparation

Versez les fusillis dans la cuve

Ajoutez les morceaux de poulet

Versez un bouillon composé de 400 ml d’eau et d’un cube de bouillon de bœuf émietté

Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance

Cuisson rapide ou sous pression

Programmez le temps indiqué sur le paquet de fusillis divisé par 2

Faites préchauffer votre four à 180° pendant la cuisson des pâtes .

Quand la cuisson est terminée ajoutez la crème fraîche et la moutarde.

Versez les ingrédients dans un plat qui va au four .

Saupoudrez de chapelure et de gruyère râpé

Enfourné 20 mn à 180°
