Liberté weight watchers le nouveau programme 2017

Cela devait arriver Weight watchers sort un nouveau programme(novembre 2017) appelé Weight watchers liberté. Ne craignez rien il n’y a pas une grosse révolution . Les smartpoints restent présents dans la méthode mais la bonne nouvelle c’est que certains aliments passent à O smartpoints . La liste a été élargie . Cette programme liberté de weight watchers est une amélioration du programme feelgood .

Le petit bémol c’est que le nombre de smarpoints attribués par personnes diminue un petit peu . Peu importe dans ce calcul vous allez être gagnants et gagnantes .

Les aliments à 0 SP sont les suivants:

Les fruits
• Les légumes
• Les oeufs
• Les poissons et crustacés
• Les légumineuses
• Le tofu et entremets au soja nature
• Les yaourts nature 0 %, 0 % brassé et classique (demi-écrémé)
• Les escalopes, blancs, aiguillettes et jambon de poulet et de dinde

En ce qui me concerne je vais revoir toutes mes recettes weight watchers avec le nouveau sysytème de points . Cela va prendre un ;peu de temps mais ce n’est pas grave je vais y arriver .Alors à bientôt avec un nouveau PDF chiffrés à jour de cette nouvelle méthode de comptage de points.
