Ingrédients pour 2 personnes

2 merguez

2 poivrons

1 tomate

25 g de gruyère râpé

Sel

Poivre

1 cube de bouillon de bœuf

Cumin

1 demi cuillère  à soupe d’ail déshydraté

1 petit oignon

1 cube de bouillon de bœuf

200 ml d’eau

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes

4  merguez

4 poivrons

2  tomates

50 g de gruyère râpé

Sel

Poivre

1 cube de bouillon de bœuf

Cumin

1  cuillère à soupe d’ail déshydraté

2 petits oignons

Préparation

Découpez la ou les tomates en morceaux ainsi que l’oignon ou les oignons

Découpez les merguez en rondelles.

Déposez les tomates et les morceaux d’oignons et les rondelles de merguez dans un saladier et ajoutez le gruyère râpé . Salez et poivrez. Saupoudrez de cumin. Mélangez l’ensemble .

Lavez et découpez un chapeau sur chaque  poivron  . Enlevez les pépins .

Garnissez les poivrons de l’ensemble de la préparation. Refermez avec les chapeaux .

Versez un bouillon composé de 200 ml d’eau et d’un cube de bouillon de bœuf.

Déposez les poivrons farcis dans la cuve

Cuisson rapide ou sous pression

Programmez 12 mn

Servez chaud avec du riz ou des pâtes
