Blé légumes express recette cookeo

Nous voilà parti pour ma première recette de blé au cookeo. Je dois avouer que je ne suis pas un fan au départ de cet ingrédient mais un certain ras le bol des pâtes et du riz se faisait sentir. Alors c’est parti pour du blé. Et bien au final j’ai été agréablement surpris par le résultat. Vous ne devriez pas être déçu vous aussi.

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes

280 g de blé

1 oignon

2 tomates

1 carotte

200 g de poivrons congelés en lanières

1 petite boite de concentré de tomates

2 cuillères à café soupe d’huile d’olive.

Sel

Poivre

Préparation

Découpez l’oignon en morceaux.

Lavez les tomates et coupez-les en morceaux.

Epluchez et coupez la crotte en rondelles.

Mode dorer

Versez l’huile dans la cuve et faites dorer les oignons.

Puis ajoutez les lanières de poivrons.

Ajoutez les tomates, les rondelles de carottes.

Versez le blé, le verre de vin blanc et 400 ml d’eau.

Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance.

Cuisson rapide ou sous pression

Programmez 6 mn.

Quand la cuisson est terminée ajoutez la boite de concentré de tomates et mélangez.
