Gratin blé tomates weight watchers recette cookeo 370 CALORIES 8 PP 7 SP
Ingrédients pour 4 personnes
240 g de blé
1 pot de 400 g de Sauce tomate
400 ml d’eau
200 g de brocolis
100 g de gruyère râpé allégé
Sel Poivre
Préparation
Préchauffez votre four Th 7 (220° C).
Lavez et coupez les brocolis en tous petits bouquets si le brocolis est frais
Rincez le blé
Dans la cuve déposez le blé et les brocolis.
Versez de l’eau dans la cuve .
Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance
Cuisson rapide ou sous pression
Programmez le temps indiqué sur le paquet e blé divisé par 2
Pendant la cuisson dans un bol ,Versez la sauce tomate et 20 g de gruyère râpé.
Quand la cuisson est terminée égouttez le blé et les brocolis si nécessaire puis déposez les dans un plat qui va au four .
Versez la sauce tomate et le gruyère râpé mélangés.
Saupoudrez avec le reste du gruyère râpé
