1 kg d’asperges

200 g de crème fraîche

Quelques tiges de ciboulette

De l’eau

Sel

Poivre

1 cuillère à soupe de vinaigre

Le jus d’un citron pressé

Préparation

Epluchez les asperges avec un économe en partant de la pointe pour aller vers le talon.

Coupez la partie dure du talon.

Passez les asperges sous l’eau.

Déposez les asperges dans la cuve. Recouvrez d’eau.

Cuisson rapide ou sous pression

Programmez 10 mn

Pendant la cuisson des asperges préparez la sauce crème fraîche en mélangeant :

• 200 g de crème fraîche
• Une cuillère à soupe de vinaigre
• Le jus d’un citron pressé
• Du sel
• Du poivre
• De la ciboulette ciselée
• Quand la cuisson est terminée, égouttez la cuve et laissez refroidir à l’air libre puis au frigo.

Placez également la sauce au frigo

Sortez les asperges du frigo et servez avec la sauce.
