Ingrédients
500 g d’asperges
200 ml d’eau
Pour la sauce citronnée
200 ml de crème fluide
30 ml de jus de citron
1 cuillère à soupe de moutarde de Dijon
2 pincées de sel
Poivre
Préparation
Epluchez les asperges avec un économe en partant de la pointe pour aller vers le talon.
Coupez la partie dure du talon.
Passez les asperges sous l’eau.
Déposez les asperges dans le panier vapeur.
Versez 200 ml d’eau dans la cuve.
Déposez le panier vapeur dans la cuve
Cuisson rapide ou sous pression
Pendant la cuisson préparez votre sauce citronnée
- 200 ml de crème fraîche liquide
- 30 ml de jus de citron
- 1 cuillère à soupe de moutarde
- Sel et poivre selon votre convenance
Programmez 5 mn
Quand les asperges sont cuites laisser refroidir à l’air libre puis 2 h au frigo.
Servez avec la sauce citron
