Boeuf au vin rouge recette cookeo
Ingrédients pour 4 personnes :
1kg de bœuf à Bourguignon
300 g de champignons de Paris congelées ou frais
200 ml de vin rouge
200 ml d’eau
2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive
100 g d’oignon congelé ou un oignon frais
1 cube de bouillon de bœuf
2 cuillères à café de concentré de tomates
Sel et poivre
Curry
Préparation
Coupez la viande en morceaux
Coupez l’oignon en morceaux si c’est de l’oignon frais
Mode dorer
Versez l’huile dans la cuve puis faites dorer les morceaux de bœuf
Ajoutez les morceaux d’oignon.
Ajoutez les champignons de Paris
Versez un bouillon composé de 200 ml de vin rouge et 200 ml d’eau et d’un cube de bouillon de boeuf.
Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance.
Saupoudrez de curry
Cuisson rapide ou Cuisson sous pression : 40 min
Ajoutez le concentré de tomates quand la cuisson est terminée. Servez chaud
Pour une sauce plus épaisse repassez en mode dorer
. Ajoutez une cuillère à soupe de maïzena (mélangez avant avec un peu d’eau pour éviter les grumeaux)et mélangez jusqu’à ce que la sauce épaississe.
Servez chaud avec un féculent de votre choix
