Boeuf Bourguignon cookeo weight watchers

460 CALORIES 10 PP 12 SP

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes :

700 g de bœuf coupé en morceaux

600 g de carottes

250 ml de vin rouge
150 ml d’eau

1 cuillère à soupe d’huile d’olive
1 oignon

10 petits oignons au vinaigre

400 g de champignons de Paris
1 bouquet garni

1 cuillère à café d’ail déshydraté

2 cuillères à café de maizena
Sel et poivre

Préparation

Mode dorer

Versez l’huile dans la cuve puis faites dorer les oignons et la viande.

Ajoutez les carottes ,les champignons ,le bouquet garni .

Versez Le vin rouge et l’eau .

Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance.

Cuisson rapide ou Cuisson sous pression : 35 min
Quand la cuisson est terminée repassez en mode dorer . Ajoutez la maizena et mélangez jusqu’à ce que la sauce épaississe.

Servez chaud
