Brochettes poulet abricots plancha
115 CALORIES 1 SP par brochettes
Ingrédients pour 8 brochettes
600 g d’escalopes de poulet
2 cuillères à soupe d’huile
30 ml de Jus de citron
4 Abricots
Curry
Sel
Poivre
Miel (facultatif pour adoucir)
Préparation
Coupez les escalopes de poulet en morceaux et déposez les dans un plat
Coupez les abricots en 4.
Mélangez l’huile ,le jus de citron .. Saupoudrez de curry . Salez et poivrez
Versez la préparation jus de citron huile sur les morceaux de poulet et les morceaux d’abricots.
Salez et poivrez et laisser macérer pendant 1h au frigo
Confectionnez vos brochettes en alternant morceaux de poulet et abricots
Versez de l’huile sur votre plancha et faites-la chauffer.
Quand l’huile est chaude faites cuire vos brochettes entre 12et 15 mn selon la puissance de votre planche et la grosseur des brochettes.
Versez le jus de la marinade restant en fin de cuisson sur les brochettes et laissez cuire encore 2 mn.
