1 kg de carottes
200 g de dés de jambon
100 ml de crème fraîche
1 cuillère à café de moutarde
2 cuillères à café de concentré de tomates
300 ml d’eau
1 cube de bouillon de bœuf
Sel
Poivre
Curry
Préparation
Coupez les carottes en morceaux
Préparez un bouillon avec 300 ml d’eau et un cube de bouillon de boeuf émietté
Mélangez la crème fraîche et la moutarde dans un récipient
Déposez les carottes dans la cuve du cookeo
Versez le bouillon composé de 300 ml d’eau et d’un cube de bouillon de bœuf émietté.
Saupoudrez de curry
Ajoutez les dés de jambon
Salez et poivrez .

Programmez 6 mn
Quand la cuisson est terminée égouttez votre cuve et ajoutez le mélange crème fraîche moutarde et les 2 cuillères à café de concentré de tomates. Mélangez et servez chaud .
