Compote abricots recette cookeo

Voici une version de compote d’abricots un peu light car je ne met que 50 g de sucre. Si vous trouvez la compote un peu acide alors ajoutez plus de sucre. Si vos abricots ne sont pas assez mûrs ils manqueront de sucre.

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes

500 g  d’abricots

50 ml d’eau

50 g de sucre

Préparation

Passez les abricots sous l’eau .Coupez les abricots en 2 . Enlevez le noyau. Déposez les morceaux dans la cuve.

Ajoutez 70 g de sucre en poudre.

Versez l’eau.

Cuisson rapide ou sous pression

Programmez  7 mn de cuisson rapide

Quand la cuisson est terminée mixez l’ensemble des ingrédients. Versez la préparation dans un saladier ou un grand bol ou dans la cuve du cookeo avec un mixeur plongeur.

Laissez refroidir à l’air libre puis placer au frigo.
