Ingrédients
1kg de pommes coupées en morceaux
100 ml d’eau
Préparation
Epluchez et coupez les pommes en morceaux.
Déposez les morceaux de pommes dans la cuve.
Versez l’eau
Cuisson rapide ou sous pression
Programmez 4 mn de cuisson rapide
Quand la cuisson est terminée mixez les pommes cuites
Versez la préparation dans un saladier ou dans des pots à confiture
Laissez refroidir à l’air libre pour une mise en saladier.
Si vous optez pour les pots versez la compote dans les pots. Fermez avec les couvercles puis retournez les pour les rendre hermétiques.
Pour la version saladier déposez le saladier au frigo pendant au moins 2 h.
