Ingrédients 

1 boite de 397 g de lait concentré sucré

Placez un chiffon dans le fond de la cuve du cookeo

Déposez la boite de concentré dans la cuve du cookeo sur le torchon

Recouvrez la boite de lait avec de l’eau .

Cuisson sous pression ou cuisson rapide 

Programmez 25 mn

Sortez la boite de lait (attention c’est très chaud) prenez un torchon par exemple

Laissez refroidir la boite de lait à l’air libre

Quand la boite est froide ouvrez la.

Versez le contenu de la boite dans un pot en verre 

Fermez avec un couvercle , retournez le pot
