Ingrédients pour 4 personnes
4 côtes de porc
2 cuillères à soupe de miel
1 cuillère à soupe de vinaigre de vin
1 cuillère à soupe d’ail déshydraté
Sel
1 cuillère à soupe de moutarde
1 cuillère à soupe de concentré de tomates
2 cuillères à soupe de mélange Tex Mex
Préparation
Mélangez le vinaigre, le miel, les épices et le sel.
Ajoutez la moutarde et le concentré de tomates.
Badigeonnez les côtes de porc avec la préparation.
Laissez au frigo au moins une heure
Huilez et faites chauffez la plancha
Quand la plancha est chaude faites cuire les côtes de porc
