Ingrédients pour 4 courgettes

4 courgettes rondes

200 g de bœuf haché

100 g d’oignons congelés

1 cuillère à café de concentré de tomates

1 cuillère à café de thym

1 cuillère à café de d’ail déshydraté

1 verre de vin blanc

Sel

Poivre

200 ml d’eau

Préparation

Lavez les courgettes et coupez des chapeaux

Evidez les courgettes . Hachez les oignons .

Déposez dans un saladier la viande hachée, les oignons puis ajoutez la cuillère de concentré de tomates, le thym, l’ail .Salez et poivrez.

Farcissez les courgettes évidées .Placez les dans la cuve .
