Crème aux oeufs caramel cookeo
Ingrédients pour 6 personnes
500 ml de lait
1 cuillère à soupe d’arôme vanille
60 g de sucre
Nappage caramel
3 jaunes d’œufs + 2 oeufs entier
Huile pour le moule
200 ml d’eau

Préparation
Séparez le blanc des jaunes pour 3 œufs
Huilez votre moule
Nappez le fond du moule avec du nappage caramel
Mode dorer
Versez le lait dans la cuve avec le sucre et la cuillère à soupe d’arôme vanille. Portez à ébullition
Fouettez les œufs et les jaunes d’œufs avec le sucre.
Quand le lait est à ébullition versez en mélangeant sur les oeufs battus avec le sucre.
Nettoyez votre cuve et replacez la dans votre cookeo
Versez l’ensemble de la préparation dans le moule .
Recouvrez avec du film étirable
Versez 200 ml d’eau dans la cuve .
Placez le panier vapeur dans la cuve .
Placez le moule dans le panier vapeur
Cuisson rapide ou sous pression programmez 15 mn
Quand la cuisson est terminée passez en maintien au chaud pendant 10 mn
Ouvrez votre Cookeo puis laissez refroidir à l’air libre puis au frigo
