Ingrédients pour 4 personnes
1kg de carottes
1 oignon
1 pomme de terre
750 ml d’eau
1 cuillère à café de curry
1 cuillère à café de cumin
Sel
Poivre
20 cl de crème fraîche liquide
Préparation de cette soupe carottes cumin
Coupez les carottes et la pomme de terre en morceaux
Pelez et coupez l’oignon en morceaux .
Mode dorer
Versez de l’huile d’olive dans la cuve puis faites dorer les morceaux d’oignons puis ajoutez les carottes et les morceaux de pommes de terre .
Versez de l’eau dans la cuve et saupoudrez de cumin et de curry .
Salez et poivrez .
Mode cuisson rapide ou cuisson sous pression
Programmez 12 mn
Quand la cuisson est terminée mixez l’ensemble des ingrédients et ajoutez la crème fraîche.
