Ingrédients pour 4 personnes
800 g de poireaux
2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive
100 g d’oignons
Sel
Poivre
Le jus d’un citron pressé
1 cuillère à soupe de moutarde
Préparation
Lavez et coupez les poireaux en rondelles
Mode dorer
Versez l’huile dans la cuve, quand l’huile est chaude faites dorer les oignons puis ajoutez les rondelles de poireaux .
Versez 100 ml d’eau et 100 ml de vin blanc dans la cuve
Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance
Cuisson rapide ou sous pression
Programmez 5 mn
Egouttez la cuve quand la cuisson est terminée.
Repassez en mode dorer
Quand le préchauffage est terminée redéposez les poireaux dans la cuve .
Ajoutez la cuillère à soupe de moutarde et le jus de citron . Laissez en mode dorer pendant 5 mn
Servez chaud avec du jambon par exemple
