Fusillis Roquefort : une recette cookeo

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes

240 g de Fusillis

200 g de roquefort

200 g de crème fraîche

1 cuillère à soupe d’huile d’olive

1verre de lait

Sel

Poivre

Préparation de ces fusillis

Position dorer

Versez de l’huile dans la cuve puis versez le verre de lait et ajoutez le Roquefort. Faites le fondre.

Quand vous obtenez un mélange lisse. Réservez la sauce.

Déposez les Fusillis puis versez de l’eau pour couvrir (minimum 200 ml).

Faites cuire  les pâtes en passant par le programme cuisson rapide ou cuisson sous pression 5 mn  (le temps indiqué sur le paquet divisé par 2)

Quand la cuisson est terminée ajoutez à vos pâtes la sauce que vous avez réservée  en repassant par la fonction dorer Mélangez et dégustez chaud.
