Gratin courgettes curry recette cookeo
Cette recette se déroule en 2 temps : un premier en cuisson rapide ou sous pression avec le panier vapeur puis en mode dorer.
Ingrédients pour 4 personnes
1 kg de courgettes
200 ml de crème fraîche
1 cube de bouillon de légumes
1 oignon
Sel
Poivre
Curry
200 ml d’eau
2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive
100 g de gruyère râpé
1 cuillère à soupe de moutarde
Préparation
Coupez l’oignon en morceaux
Passez les courgettes sous l’eau puis coupez-les en morceaux
Déposez-les de courgettes dans la cuve.
Versez 200 ml d’eau dans la cuve et une cuve de bouillon de cube émietté.
Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance
Cuisson rapide ou sous pression
Programmez 3 mn
Quand la cuisson est terminée, Egouttez la cuve et réservez pour un court moment les courgettes
Rincez la cuve puis essuyez la.
Passez en mode dorer
Versez l’huile dans la cuve. Quand l’huile est chaude faites dorer les morceaux d’oignons.
Ajoutez ensuite les courgettes.
Ajoutez la crème fraîche et la cuillère à soupe de moutarde.
Saupoudrez de curry
Versez dans un plat qui va four l’ensemble de la préparation.
Saupoudrez de gruyère et enfournez en position grill à 210° pendant environ 10 mn
Servez chaud
