Gratin pommes de terre cookeo

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes

1,2 kg de pommes de terre 

200 ml de crème fraîche 

300 ml de lait 

200 ml d’eau 

Sel 

Poivre 

Noix de muscade 

Préparation 

Mélangez la crème fraîche et le lait et saupoudrez de noix de muscade

Epluchez les pommes de terre, passez  les sous l’eau et coupez-les en morceaux.

Déposer les pommes de terre dans la cuve  . 

Versez 200 ml d’eau dans la cuve.

Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance.

Préchauffez votre four à 200°

 Cuisson rapide ou sous pression 

Programmer 3 minutes

 Quand la cuisson est terminée  égouttez  la cuve. 

Déposez les morceaux de pommes de terre dans un plat qui va au four.

Versez sur les pommes de terre la préparation lait crème fraîche.

Enfournez pour 30 mn à 210°+ 5 à 10 mn à 270° position grill
