Idée recette cookeo: poireaux à l’orientale

Avez-vous déjà essayé de vos poireaux avec  de la tomate et pourquoi pas ? Voilà donc une idée recette cookeo pour changer et varier les plaisirs.

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes

1 kg de poireaux en rondelles congelés

100 g d’oignons congelés

1 petite boîte de tomates concassées

1 cuillère à soupe de jus de citron

1 cuillère à café de curcuma

Paprika

Huile d’olive

Préparation de cette idée recette cookeo

Mode    dorer

Versez l’huile d’olive dans la cuve puis faites revenir les oignons. Quand ils ont blondi, ajoutez les rondelles de poireaux.

Versez la boîte de tomates concassées. Mélangez l’ensemble.

Ajoutez la cuillère à café de curcuma  le jus de citron puis saupoudrez de paprika. Salez et poivrez . Mélangez l’ensemble des ingrédients.

Mode cuisson rapide ou cuisson sous pression

Programmez 10 mn. Servez chaud.
