Moules à ma sauce recette cookeo

2 kg de moules

2 cuillères à soupe de crème fraîche

100 ml de vin blanc

200 ml d’eau

1 cuillère à soupe de maïzena

1 oignon

Curry

1 cuillère à soupe de moutarde

Sel

Poivre

2 cuillères à soupe d’Huile d’olive

Préparation

Mode dorer

Versez de l’huile dans la cuve et faites revenir les oignons quand l’huile est chaude.

Versez le verre de vin blanc et l’eau. Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance.

Saupoudrez de curry

Ajoutez les moules.

Cuisson rapide ou sous pression

Programmez 5 mn

Quand la cuisson est terminée égouttez la cuve en conservant le jus de cuisson Repassez en mode dorer. Puis ajoutez la crème fraîche et la cuillère à soupe de moutarde.

Ajoutez ensuite une cuillère à soupe de maïzena pour faire épaissir la sauce.
