Moules crème fraîche recette cookeo

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes

1k 500 de moules

40 cl de crème fraîche

150 ml de vin blanc

50 g de bleu d’Auvergne

3 cuillères à soupe de maïzena

1 gros oignon

Persil

Sel

Poivre

Huile d’olive

200 ml d’eau

Préparation

Mode dorer

Versez de l’huile dans la cuve et faites revenir les oignons quand l’huile est chaude.

Versez le verre de vin blanc et l’eau. Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance.

Ajoutez les moules.

Cuisson rapide ou sous pression

Programmez 5 mn

Quand la cuisson est terminée repassez en mode dorer. Puis ajoutez la crème fraîche et faites fondre le bleu d’Auvergne.

Ajoutez ensuite une cuillère à soupe de maïzena pour faire épaissir la sauce.

Quand  la sauce a épaissi remettez les moules dans la cuve pour les réchauffer mélangez et servez chaud
