Ingrédients pour 4 personnes
2 kgs de moules(plus selon vos convives)
100 ml d’eau
100 ml de vin blanc
1 petite boite de tomates peléees
2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive ou autres
1 oignon
2 gousses d’ail
Sel
Poivre
Préparation
Lavez et grattez les moules si nécessaire.
Dégermez les gousses d’ail
Mode dorer
Versez l’huile dans la cuve .Quand l’huile est chaude faites revenir les morceaux d’oignon.
Versez dans la cuve l’eau, le vin blanc et les tomates pelées.
Ajouetz les moules
Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance.
