One pot pasta Pipe Rigate poulet recette cookeo
Pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas le One pot pasta , c’est vraiment une façon de cuisiner très rapide et pour des recettes de qualités.
Pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas , c’est très simple on met tous les ingrédients dans la cuve ,sans passer par le mode dorer et hop direct cuisson rapide ou sous pression .
Ce genre de recettes vous permettent d’utiliser la fonction de programmation du cookeo. Vous mettez les ingrédients dans la cuve . Vous programmez l’heure à laquelle vous souhaitez que la recette soit terminée et voilà le tour est joué.
Ingrédients pour 4 personnes
400 g d’escalopes de poulet
300 g de Pipe rigate
1 petite boite de tomates entières
1 cube de bouillon de bœuf
100 ml de vin blanc
500 ml d’eau
Sel
Poivre
Préparation
Coupez les escalopes en morceaux
Préparez un bouillon avec 300 ml d’eau ,100 ml de vin blanc, un cube de bouillon de bœuf émietté.
Déposez dans la cuve les Pipe rigate puis les tomates.
Versez un bouillon composé de 300 ml d’eau ,100 ml de vin blanc et d’un cube de bouillon de bœuf émietté.
Ajoutez les morceaux de poulet
Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance
Cuisson rapide ou sous pression
Programmez le temps indiqué sur le paquet de pâtes divisé par 2
