Pâtes champignons Boursin recette cookeo

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes

300 g de Farfalles

200 g de champignons de Paris congelés

400 g de poireaux 

1 cube de bouillon de bœuf

100 g  de Boursin ou équivalent

500 ml d’eau

Préparation

Préparez un bouillon avec 500 ml d’eau et un cube de boeuf émietté

Lavez les poireaux et coupez les en rondelles

Déposez les pâtes dans la cuve du cookeo

Ajoutez les champignons de Paris et les rondelles de poireaux

Versez un bouillon composé de 500 ml d’eau et d’un cube de bouillon émietté.

Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance.

Cuisson rapide ou sous pression

Programmez le temps indiqué sur le paquet de pâtes divisé par 2

Quand la cuisson est terminée ajoutez les cuillères à soupe de Boursin,mélangez et servez chaud .
