Ingrédients pour 4 personnes

1000 g de poireaux congelés ou frais

2 cuillères à soupe de rizdor ou une dose de safran

1 cube de bouillon de légumes

80 g de ricotta

Sel

Poivre

300 ml d’eau

Préparation

Déposez dans la cuve les poireaux en rondelles.

Versez un bouillon composé de 300 ml d’eau et d’un cube de bouillon de légumes émietté.

Saupoudrez avec le rizdor ou le safran. Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance.

Cuisson rapide ou sous pression

Programmez 6 mn.

Ajoutez la ricotta quand la cuisson est terminée. Mélangez
