Pommes de frites lardons champignons extra crisp
Ingrédients
800 g de pommes de terre
100 à 200 g de lardons selon vos goûts
100 g de champignons de Paris
3 cuillères à soupe d’huile
Herbes Provence
Sel
Poivre
Préparation
Emincez les champignons
Epluchez, passez sous l’eau les pommes de terre et coupez-les en morceaux.
Essuyez les morceaux de pommes de terre.
Déposez les pommes de terre dans un saladier puis versez 3 cuillères à soupe d’huile et mélangez.
Déposez les pommes de terre dans la cuve
Cuisson
Déposez le couvercle extra crisp Cookeo sur la cuve.
Programmez 200° pendant 30 mn.
Toutes les 5 mn, ôtez le couvercle et mélangez les pommes de terre.
Quand les 30 mn de cuisson sont terminées ajoutez les lardons et les champignons émincés dans la cuve et reprogrammez 10 mn de cuisson
Reprogrammez un temps de cuisson si nécessaire
Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance
