Pommes de terre tomates weight watchers cookeo

Voici une recette weight watchers adaptée au cookeo. 215 calories 4 PP 5 SP

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes

900 g de pommes de terre

2 échalotes

50 ml de vin blanc

150 ml d’eau

1 petite boite de tomates pelées ou concassées

1 bouquet garni

Préparation

Pelez et lavez les pommes de terre. Coupez-les ensuite en morceaux.

Hachez les échalotes.

Mode dorer

Versez le vin blanc dans la cuve, ajoutez les morceaux d’échalote. Faites suer 1 mn.

Ajoutez les pommes de terre et la boite de tomates pelées ou concassées.

Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance. Ajoutez le bouquet garni.

Cuisson rapide ou sous pression

Programmez 4 mn.

Quand la cuisson est terminée enlevez le bouquet garni et servez chaud.
