Pot au feu recette cookeo

Ingrédients

1,5 kg de viande à pot au feu

2 blancs de poireaux

8 pommes de terre

La moitié d’un chou vert

5 carottes

2 navets

1 oignon

50 ml de vin blanc

1 cube de bœuf

1 l d’eau

1 bouquet garni

2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive

Préparation

Passez vos poireaux sous l’eau et coupez -les en rondelles.

Epluchez, lavez et coupez les pommes de terre en morceaux.

Epluchez et coupez les carottes en morceaux

Epluchez et coupez les navets en morceaux.

Coupez l’oignon en morceaux.

Coupez la viande en morceaux.

Versez l’huile dans la cuve, quand l’huile est chaude faites revenir les morceaux de viande.

Ajoutez les morceaux d’oignons pour les faire dorer.

Versez l’eau et le vin blanc.

Ajoutez le cube de bouillon de bœuf.

Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance.

Cuisson rapide ou sous pression

Programmez 40 mn.

Quand la cuisson est terminée ajoutez tous les légumes et 500 ml d’eau et reprogrammez 10 mn de cuisson rapide ou sous pression.

Servez chaud.
