Potée à ma façon recette cookeo
Ingrédients pour 4 personnes.
4 saucisses de Diot
150 g de lardons natures
800 g de pommes de terre
200 g de carottes
1 demi chou
200 g de poireaux
1 navet
100 ml de vin blanc
300 ml d’eau
Sel
Poivre
1 cube de bouillon de bœuf
Préparation
Préparez un bouillon avec 300 ml d’eau ,100 ml de vin blanc et un cube de bouillon de bœuf émiétté
Epluchez, lavez et coupez les pommes de terre en morceaux
Coupez les carottes et le navet en morceaux .
Coupez un chou en 2 puis effeuillez et passez sous l’eau
Passez les poireaux sous l’eau puis coupez les en rondelles.
Coupez l’oignon en morceaux et passez le au hachoir
Mode dorer
Déposez les lardons dans la cuve ,quand ils commencent à rendre un peu de graisse ajoutez les oignons pour les faire dorer.
Ajoutez les saucisses dans la cuve et laissez dorer 1 mn.
Ajoutez ensuite les morceaux de pommes de terre, de navets, de carottes et les rondelles de poireaux ainsi que les feuilles de chou.
Versez un bouillon composé de 300 ml d’eau ,100 ml de vin blanc .
Salez, poivrez selon votre convenance.

Programmez 12 mn.
