Poulet ananas à la plancha

Cette recette a été réalisée à la plancha mais elle peut se réaliser avec une poêle.
Ingrédients pour 4 personnes
800 g d’escalopes de poulet
2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive
2 cuillères à soupe de sauce soja
1 oignon
La moitié d’un ananas
Curry
Sel
Poivre
Préparation
Coupez les escalopes de poulet en morceaux .
Coupez l’ananas en morceaux .
Déposez les morceaux de poulet , d’ananas ,d’oignons dans un plat .
Versez l’huile d’olive, les cuillères à soupe de sauce soja
Saupoudrez de curry . Salez et poivrez. Mélangez
Laisser macérer pendant 1h au frigo
Versez de l’huile sur votre plancha et faites-la chauffer.
Quand l’huile est chaude faites cuire vos le poulet,l’ananas et l’oignon pendant 5 bonnes minutes selon la puissance de votre planche et la grosseur des morceaux de viande et de fruit
Versez le jus de la marinade restant en fin de cuisson sur les morceaux de poulet et d’ananas . et laissez cuire encore 2 mn.
