Poulet asperges vertes crème fraîche recette cookeo

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes

400 g d’escalopes de poulet

400 g d’asperges

200 g de crème fraîche

20 ml de jus de citron

Sel

Poivre

4 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive

200 ml d’eau

Préparation

Mélangez la crème fraîche et le jus de citron. Ajoutez du sel et du poivre.

Pelez les asperges et passez les sous l’eau

Coupez les escalopes de poulet en morceaux

Versez l’huile dans la cuve du Cookeo, quand l’huile est chaude faites revenir les morceaux d’escalopes de poulet.

Ajoutez les asperges.

Versez l’eau.

Cuisson sous pression ou cuisson rapide

Programmez 4 mn de cuisson

Quand la cuisson est terminée passez en mode dorer

Versez à nouveau 2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive dans la cuve, quand l’huile est chaude faites revenir les asperges et les morceaux de poulet pendant 2 à 3 mn. Ajoutez la crème fraîche, mélangez et servez chaud.
