Une recette weight watchers au cookeo de poulet canja . Une Recette quelque peu modifiée. Mais qui au final présente moins de calories de SP et de PP et qui préserve toute sa saveur.

La recette originale se fait avec 1,2 kg de poulet moi j’ai remplacé par 600 g d’escalope de poulet.

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes

200 g de carottes

100 g d’oignons

2 navets

200 g de poireaux

2 tomates

600 g d’escalope de poulet

180 g de riz basmati ou autre

50 g de jambon cru

2 cuillères à café d’huile d’olive

1 cube de bouillon de volaille

Ail déshydraté

Sel

Poivre

Préparation

Mode dorer

Versez de l’huile dans la cuve et faite dorer les oignons et les escalopes de poulet coupées en morceaux. Puis ajoutez les morceaux de jambon cru.

Ajoutez les rondelles de carottes, les rondelles de poireaux, les tomates coupées en morceaux ainsi que le navet coupé en morceaux.

Versez le riz et l’eau avec un cube de bouillon de volaille émietté.

Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance.

Cuisson rapide ou sous pression

Programmez le temps indiqué sur le paquet de riz divisé par 2
