Poulet entier pommes de terre cookeo
Ingrédients pour 4 personnes
1 poulet
Sel
Poivre
600 g de pommes de terre
300 g de champignons de Paris frais ou congelés
100 ml de vin blanc
200 ml d’eau
Curry
1 cube de bouillon de boeuf
2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive
Préparation
Epluchez, lavez et coupez les pommes de terre en morceaux .
Passez les champignons sous l’eau et coupez les en lamelles si ce sont des champignons frais
Mode dorer
Versez l’huile dans la cuve , quand l’huile est chaude faites dorer le poulet sur toutes ses faces.
Versez un bouillon composé de 200 ml d’eau ,100 ml de vin blanc et d’un cube de bouillon de bœuf émietté.
Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance
Cuisson rapide ou pression
Programmez 30 mn
Quand la cuisson est terminée ajoutez les pommes de terre et les champignons
Reprogrammez 10 mn de cuisson rapide ou sous pression
