Poulet entier pommes de terre cookeo
Ingrédients pour 4 personnes
1 poulet
1 petite boite de tomates pelées
Sel
Poivre
800 g de pommes de terre
100 ml de vin blanc
300 ml d’eau
1 cube de bouillon de boeuf
4 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive
Paprika
Préparation
Epluchez, lavez et coupez les pommes de terre en morceaux .
Mode dorer
Versez l’huile dans la cuve , quand l’huile est chaude faites dorer le poulet sur toutes ses faces.
Versez un bouillon composé de 300 ml d’eau ,100 ml de vin blanc et d’un cube de bouillon de bœuf émietté.
Saupoudrez de paprika.
Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance
Cuisson rapide ou pression
Programmez 25 mn
Quand la cuisson est terminée ajoutez les pommes de terre et les tomates pelées.
Reprogrammez 5 mn de cuisson rapide ou sous pression
Servez chaud
