Poulet entier tomates figues courgettes cookeo

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes

1 poulet

600 g de tomates

400 g de courgettes

4 figues

1 oignon

4 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive

150 ml d’eau

50 ml de vin blanc

1 cube de bouillon de bœuf

Sel

Poivre

Préparation

Lavez et coupez les courgettes, les tomates, en morceaux.

Coupez l’oignon en morceaux.

Lavez les figues.

Mode dorer

Versez 2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive dans la cuve et faites dorer quand l’huile est chaude les oignons pendant 2 mn.

Ajoutez les figues au bout de 2 mn.

Ajoutez les courgettes net les tomates laissez dorer 2 mn.

Réservez tous les légumes et les oignons.

Reversez 2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive et faites dorer le poulet sur toutes ses faces.

Versez le vin blanc, l’eau et le cube de bouillon de bœuf émietté.

Salez, poivrez

Cuisson rapide ou sous pression

Programmez 15 mn pour 500 mg de poulet. Pour mon poulet 1,5 kg soit 3 X 15 mn = 45 mn

5 mn avant la fin de la cuisson arrêtez votre cookeo et rajoutez les tomates, courgettes, oignons et les figues et reprogrammez 5 mn en cuisson rapide ou sous pression

Quand la cuisson est terminée servez chaud .
