Poulet rôti miel citron extra crisp cookeo

Ingrédients

1 poulet

1 cuillère à café de concentré de tomates

20 ml de jus de citron

1 gousse d’ail

1 cuillère à soupe de miel

2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive

Herbes de Provence

Préparation

Coupez l’ail en morceaux (vous pouvez le passer au hachoir)

Dans un récipient mélangez l’huile, le jus de citron, le miel et le concentré de tomates.

Ajoutez les gousses d’ail hachées et des herbes de Provence

Badigeonnez votre poulet avec la marinade préparée.

Déposez le poulet dans la cuve du Cookeo

Déposez le couvercle extra crisp sur la cuve du Cooke et programmez 50 mn à 200 °

Retournez votre poulet environ toutes les 10 mn et badigeonner de marinade

Quand la cuisson est terminée servez chaud avec un légume de votre choix.
