Poulet rôti pdt cookeo avec ou sans extra crisp
Ingrédients
1 poulet
800 g de pommes de terre
2 cuillères à d’huile
100 l de vin blanc
100 ml d’eau
1 cube de bouillon de volailles
Curry
Sel
Poivre
Préparation
Epluchez les pommes de terre, passez les sous l’eau puis coupez les en morceaux.
Mode dorer
Versez l’huile dans la cuve faites revenir le poulet sur toutes ses faces.
Versez un bouillon composé de 100 ml de vin blanc,100 ml d’eau et ‘un cube de bouillon de volailles émietté.
Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance.
Cuisson rapide ou sous pression
Programmez 30 mn ;
Quand la cuisson est terminée, ajouter les morceaux de pommes de terre et reprogrammez 5 mn de cuisson.
Quand les 5 mn sont écoulées. Arrêter votre cookeo.
Vous avez 2 possibilités :
- Soit vous versez l’ensemble de la cuve dans un plat qui v au four et vous programmez 20 mn à 200°
- Soit vous déposez le couvercle extra crisp sur la cuve du cookeo et vous programmez 20 mn à 200°
