Poulet rôti pommes de terre cookeo et extra crisp ou four
Ingrédients
1 poulet
1 kg de pommes de terre
1 oignon
2 cuillères à d’huile
100 l de vin blanc
400 ml d’eau
1 cube de bouillon de volaille
Paprika
Sel
Poivre
Préparation
Epluchez les pommes de terre, passez les sous l’eau puis coupez les en morceaux.
Coupez l’oignon en morceaux
Préparez un bouillon avec 400 ml d’eau,100 ml de vin blanc et un cube de bouillon de volaille émietté
Mode dorer
Versez l’huile dans la cuve faites revenir le poulet sur toutes ses faces.
Ajoutez les oignons pour les faire dorer
Versez un bouillon composé de 100 ml de vin blanc,400 ml d’eau et ‘un cube de bouillon de volailles émietté.
Saupoudrez de paprika
Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance.
Cuisson rapide ou sous pression
Programmez 30 mn
Quand la cuisson est terminée, ajouter les morceaux de pommes de terre et reprogrammez 5 mn de cuisson.
Quand les 5 mn sont écoulées. Arrêtez votre cookeo.
Vous avez 2 possibilités :
- Soit vous versez l’ensemble de la cuve dans un plat qui va au four et vous programmez 20 mn à 200°
- Soit vous déposez le couvercle extra crisp sur la cuve du Cookeo et vous programmez 20 mn à 200°
