Ingrédients pour 5 personnes

1 Kg de pommes de terre

100 g d ‘oignons

7 knackis

100 ml de lait

Huile d’olive

Sel

Poivre

Préparation

Epluchez et coupez les pommes de terre. Lavez les sous l’eau.

Cuisson rapide ou cuisson sous pression

Plongez les pommes de terre dans la cuve, recouvrez d’eau .Programmez 5 mn

Quand la cuisson est terminée, égouttez les pommes de terre.

Passez en mode dorer et versez de l’huile d’olive dans la cuve.

Faites dorer les morceaux d’oignons puis ajoutez les pommes de terre. Laissez en mode dorer 4 mn puis versez le lait. Mélangez.

Passez les pommes de terre au presse purée.

Salez Poivrez et ajoutez les knackis coupées en morceaux. Laissez encore dorer 2 mn puis servez chaud.
