Couscous weight watchers 14 PP 12 SP LIBERTE

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes

200 g de carottes congelées

2 navets

2 courgettes

4 cuisses de poulet

100 g d’oignons congelés

1 cube de bouillon de volaille

2 cuillères à soupe de concentré de tomates

2 cuillères à café d’huile d’olive

2 cuillères à café de Ras el Hanout

130 g de pois chiches cuits

Sel

Poivre

120 g de semoule

Préparation

Mode dorer

Versez de l’huile dans la cuve et faites revenir les cuisses de poulet puis les oignons.

Ajoutez ensuite les carottes, les courgettes, les navets, les pois chiches.

Versez l’eau avec le cube de bouillon de volaille. Saupoudrez avec l’épice.

Ajoutez 4 cuillères à café de concentré de tomates.

Cuisson rapide ou sous pression

Programmez 30 mn

Préparez la semoule juste avant la fin de la cuisson. Servez chaud.
