Recette cookeo : cuisses de poulet au vin rouge
Ingrédients pour 4 personnes
4 cuisses de poulet
1 petite boite de concentré de tomates
200 g de champignons de Paris
100 g d’oignons congelés
300 ml de vin rouge
Huile d’olive
1 cube de bouillon de bœuf
Sel
Poivre
Préparation
Mode dorer
Versez de l’huile dans la cuve et faites revenir les cuisses puis les morceaux d’oignons .
Réservez les cuisses de poulet et faites revenir les oignons et les champignons de Paris .
Redéposez les cuisses de poulet dans la cuve et ajoutez le vin rouge, le bouillon d’eau avec le cube de bouillon de bœuf.
Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance.
Mode cuisson rapide ou sous pression
Programmez 20 mn de cuisson .
Quand la cuisson est terminée réservez les cuisses dans un plat qui va au four .
Ajoutez la boite de concentré de tomates dans la cuve et mélangez. Versez la sauce sur les cuisses de poulet.
Enfournez pendant 10 mn à 180 degré. Servez chaud .
