Recette cookeo : cuisses de poulet aux champignons
Une recette légère présentant peu de calories et rapide que vous pouvez réaliser au cookeo mais aussi dans un faitout .
Ingrédients pour 5 personnes
5 cuisses de poulet
1 verre de vin blanc
200 g de champignons de Paris
1 cube de bouillon de poule
1 oignon
Poivre
Sel
Préparation de ses cuisses de poulets
Découpez l’oignon en morceaux.
Allumez votre cookeo et positionnez vous en position manuelle puis ajoutez les ingrédients un par un.
Commencez par les oignons .puis faites suivre les champignons et placez dans la cuve les cuisses de poulet .Versez le verre de vin blanc sur les ingrédients. Salez et poivrez .Plongez le cube de bouillon de poule.
Versez de l’eau pour recouvrir les ingrédients. ;
Passez en cuisson rapide pour une programmation de 25 mn .Choisissez départ immédiat ou différé.
Servez chaud avec un légume de votre choix.
