Recette cookeo riz cantonais une saveur du monde

Voici une recette cookeo riz cantonais inspirée de la clé USB Moulinex recettes du monde .

Ingrédients pour 6 personnes

360 g de riz (60 g par personne)

3 œufs (1 pour 2 personnes, 2 pour 4 personnes)

Petits pois congelés 3 cuillères à soupe

150 g d’oignons congelés

3 cuillères à soupe de crevettes congelées cuites

3 cuillères à soupe de lardons

1 cuillère à soupe de sauce soja

3 cuillères à soupe de mais

3 cuillères à soupe d’huile (sésame de référence)

500 ml d’eau

Préparation

Mode dorer

Versez l’huile dans la cuve et cassez les œufs. Battez les oeufs en brouillade puis réservez-les.

Faites dorer les lardons puis les oignons.

Ajoutez le mais, les crevettes, le riz.

Versez l’eau et la sauce soja. Salez selon votre convenance. (Pas trop).

Cuisson rapide ou sous pression

Programmez la moitié du temps indiqué sur le paquet du riz.

Mélangez en fin de cuisson les œufs en brouillade .
