Tomates farcies weight watchers

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes

250 g de viande  hachée

1 cube de bouillon de bœuf

curry

5 tomates

100 g d’oignons congelés

1 tranche de pain

1 œuf

Sel

Poivre

2 cuillères à café de persil déshydraté

Préparation

Coupez des chapeaux sur la tomate et évidez les tomates. Conservez la chair.

Hachez les poignons et la chair de tomates. Déposez le mélange dans un saladier

Puis ajoutez la viande hachée et mélangez avec les oignons, le sel, le poivre, les épices, le persil.

Dans un bol battez l’œuf et mélangez avec la tranche de pain que vous avez émiettée.

Ajoutez les miettes dans le saladier et mélangez.

Ajoutez la farce dans les tomates recouvrez avec les chapeaux.

Placez les tomates dans la cuve du cookeo.

Ajoutez de l’eau et le cube de bouillon de bœuf.
